Compassionate Leader. Intuitive Coach. Rotarian. Wife. Dog Mom.

Welcome and thank you for your interest in my work.

I am a Certified Professional Coach who helps nonprofits increase their capacity through developing early-career and mid-tier employees. My purpose is to inspire people to do what inspires them in order to build stronger communities. Everyone has the potential to become the Changemaker who drives the next big idea. Therefore, I believe individual development is key for nonprofits and service-based organizations to grow and thrive. Through individual coaching and small group workshop, I help clients build key disciplines for success and break the mental barriers holding them back so they can run towards the huge goals we often only dream about.

Professionally, I hold advanced coaching certifications in Leadership and Performance as well as a Master’s Degree in Strategic Fundraising and Philanthropy. I have worked in both programs and development, and over that time have seen what it’s like to work as the only employee under an ED and as a member of a 100+ person department. I’ve been the person that wears all the hats, from bookkeeper to program director to running a board retreat. My varied experiences help me to connect with professionals at all levels and within all types of organizations.

Personally, I give back to my community by being an active Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Goleta and a member of the Junior League of Santa Barbara. I currently reside in Santa Barbara, CA, with my husband, our two dogs Ryker and Mya, and our cat Dodger.
