I believe anyone can become a Changemaker – the person in their community who drives impact for good, follows their intuition and innovates, and just gets things done! It doesn’t matter what role you have but it takes the right environment to nurture a Changemaker. This is why I work with early-career and mid-tier employees from nonprofits and service-minded organizations to help individuals and teams understand where they are self-limiting, design strategies for tackling any challenge, and develop key disciplines for lasting success.
If you are ready to…
I’m ready to help you change lives!
Not every coach is the same. Especially with the raise of coaches on social media, it is incredibly important to know you are working with a reputable coach and that you understand the methods they will use to impact your life. In addition to the information on my About page, these are the three most important things you should know about my coaching.
I am a
Certified Coach
I pride myself on the quality of my work in all areas of my life, which is why I chose to get certified when I decided to become a coach. I trained at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and am proud to have honed my skills in one of the best and most recognized programs in the world.
My methods and tools are Research-Based
I utilize the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment at the start and end of my programs to provide quantitative data to my clients. My programs also incorporate the COR.E Leadership Dynamics system. Both tools are designed by iPEC, research-tested, and used by only iPEC-certified coaches with additional certifications for these advanced tools.
My programs
produce Rapid Results
My programs are not for the faint of heart. Where other coaches will work with you once or twice a month, I see my clients every week and provide a workbook for weekly content between sessions. It requires commitment but you will also change your life over six months as opposed to years because of the intense focus and partnership we form around your goals.
Work one-on-on in personalized weekly coaching sessions focused on leadership development, key disciplines, and consistent, innovative action to help you succeed and grow.
Work as a team to develop greater awareness of how the organization is operating, more effective interpersonal communication skills, and improve your collective ability to manage conflict and change.
Whether you are a nonprofit, professional organization, service club, or conference, I am happy to discuss how my workshops and signature talks can serve your audience.
I am located in Santa Barbara, California, and work with clients locally and virtually around the world.
I would love to hear from you!
